West Coast Swing Workshop with Árpi & Niki (Dance Floor Táncstúdió) | Debrecen

Would you like to move more confidently on the dance floor? Are you interested in how precise technique meets a relaxed, free style? On 21 November 2026 (Saturday), we are bringing you the founders of Dance Floor Táncstúdió, Árpi and Niki, for a dynamic, 3-hour intensive afternoon to deepen your West Coast Swing knowledge! Who’s teaching? For Árpi and Niki, dance is not merely a hobby but a way of life. With 20 years of teaching experience and their own successfully operating studio, established 9 years ago, they guarantee a professional foundation and a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere: Árpi brings his analytical thinking, pinpoint fundamentals and biomechanical depth, shaped by his past as a professional competitive dancer. Niki’s hip-hop roots add looseness, style, musicality and freedom of movement to the shared dance experience. “We devote our whole lives to dance. Level & Prerequisites The workshop will take place at beginner / improver level, with a particular focus on consolidating the fundamentals, subtle lead-and-follow technique and confident movement. A minimum level of WCS experience is required (if you already attend our regular weekly classes or took part in our previous workshop, your knowledge will be more than sufficient!). YOU CAN COME WITHOUT A PARTNER! There will be continuous partner rotation during the classes, so you will have a complete experience whether you arrive alone or with a partner. We will pay attention to maintaining a balanced Leader / Follower ratio during registration. What should you bring? Comfortable change of clothes Clean indoor dance shoes are compulsory! Flat-soled indoor shoes are especially recommended for women too, to support comfortable technique and correct posture.
