The show band's repertoire features Spanish-language dance music arrangements of salsa, timba, son, cha-cha and bachata. Their distinctive sound perhaps lies in the use of multi-part vocals and brass instruments, which are important decorative elements of Latin music, alongside a richly varied and deservedly prominent Afro-Caribbean percussion arsenal. The ten-member group's dedication lies in the fact that, unlike current musical trends, they perform every note and every instrument live at their concerts.
