Lady Style – Elegant feminine movement rooted in Cuban salsa Would you like your movement on the dance floor to become more feminine, harmonious and conscious? This 90-minute Lady Style class does not focus on learning a choreography, but on the conscious development of classic, elegant feminine movement – learning techniques that you will be able to apply confidently both in partner and solo dancing. During the class, drawing on the movement vocabulary of Cuban salsa, we will work on: ✨ isolation exercises, ✨ arm and hand styling, ✨ shoulder and hip technique, ✨ posture and movement coordination, ✨ as well as developing natural, feminine movement. Step by step, we will build up the correct movements of the feet, hips, shoulders and arms, with the focus throughout on movement development and technical awareness, so that you can confidently use what you have learnt in your own dancing as well. At the end of the class, we will also incorporate the movements we have learnt into salsa step combinations. 👠 Recommended attire: comfortable dancewear and high-heeled dance shoes (not required). I recommend this class to those who have been dancing Cuban salsa for at least 6 months. 2026.
