ISOLATION IN A PARTY ATMOSPHERE 🪩 How independently can you move the different parts of your body? And what happens when you learn not only to move them, but to truly control them? In this course, we will immerse ourselves in the world of isolations: learning how to move individual parts of the body independently, precisely and with control. We are not simply collecting new moves, but developing body awareness, coordination and the kind of control that forms the foundation of every dance style. And the best part: you can later use the techniques you learn here in almost any dance style. Kizomba, bachata, salsa, hip-hop or something completely different – the better you control your body, the more possibilities you have to move it exactly as you want. 🎶 But why in a party atmosphere? Because this time, we are not planning a classic class. Party lights, great music and an hour where it simply feels good to move. If you already dance, you will gain new tools for your movement. If you do not dance yet, you can try something new in a fun, music-filled movement class.
