Gozsdu Salsa Matinée – every Wednesday from 6 to 8

We’re starting again this year – come and join us! 🙂 A refreshing and relaxing after-work escape with music, dancing, rueda and surprises in the heart of the city, under the open sky. The event is open and free of charge, with DJ Greg providing the music. We’ll lay down a ballet mat and play music from 6 to 8 PM, so you can drop in for a dance after work! Many Salsa and bachata dancers of all styles come to this weekly afternoon event, so if you dance, feel free to join us – and make sure you arrive on time. The many bars and terraces of Gozsdu Udvar await you with cheerful Salsa music. After work, don’t head straight home – come and dance, and practise what you’ve learnt at dance school. Gozsdu Udvar is one of Budapest’s most popular meeting places. Classic and modern Salsa, son, some timba, and Colombian, Cuban, Miami and Italian Salsa hits will be played, seasoned with bachata, and occasionally complemented by something special, cha-cha-cha and merengue. The event is outdoors, FREE OF CHARGE and will be cancelled in case of rain – all the more reason to check the event information.
