New Beginner Salsa Course - Entry to the World of Salsa

Have something in your life to look forward to all week. 💃🕺 You don’t need to know how to dance. You don’t need to know anyone. We’re here to change that. 🙂 If you’ve been thinking about trying salsa for a long time, but something has always held you back, a completely new beginner group starts on 29 September. We start with the basics. You’ll learn together. You’ll progress together. And by the end of the course, you won’t arrive at a salsa party as a stranger anymore. Because for us, salsa doesn’t end at the dance studio door. Salsa parties, shared programmes, new connections and a welcoming community await you, where familiar faces will soon surround you. And in the meantime – which is just as important to us – you’ll genuinely learn to dance salsa. We’ve been teaching together for 13 years. During this time, we’ve learnt where beginners tend to get stuck, what makes something difficult, and how to structure learning so that it’s easy to follow and full of rewarding moments. Our aim isn’t to cram as many figures as possible into the classes. We want you to understand and feel the dance. To learn how to lead and follow, move with greater confidence, and gain solid foundations that will make dancing with others a genuine pleasure. One evening a week to break away from everyday life. Good music. Good people. Lots of laughter. Movement, relaxation and recharging. An hour and a half that you’ll look forward to all week. No partner? No problem. Feel free to come on your own. We work with continuous partner rotation in the classes, so from the very first weeks you’ll get to know the others and learn to dance with different partners. You belong here even if you’ve never danced in your life. And you belong here if you danced salsa some time ago but would like to start again now. What you learn can be used not only in the studio. From the very beginning, we’ll help you get involved in the salsa scene, so that everything you learn in class becomes a genuine dancing experience at the parties.
